All types of processing metals by means of cutting are carried out at the mechanical processing workshop. They are: turning, milling, grinding (flat, outside, inside),slotting, and thread cutting. The workshop is equipped with versatile turning and milling machines, including those with numerical program control, processing sites (thesize of working table is 400 х 400 mm), turning automatic and semiautomatic machines (the diameter of processing ranges from 1mm to 65mm). There is also aconveyer of processing alternator shafts which consists of a milling centering semiautomatic machine, turning hydrocopier automatic machines, turning machines andcenterless grinding automatic machines. |

The main production areas – 417 m2; The supplementary production areas – 461 m2. Seven types of protective plating are applied in the process of metal deposition production: - electrochemical deposition of zinc chromium-plated zinc, copper, tin-bismuth alloy, nickel, shining nickel (for shining nickel-plating we use import brilliance-forming additives which comply with the international quality standards);
- chemical oxidation;
- Chemical passivation.
Spare parts are plated with zinc hanging on brackets on a universal semi-automatic conveyer AG-42. Small spare parts and ironware are plated in the bell-shaped nonportable baths. |

At Lacquer coating workshop we carry out the following lacker coating procedures: liquid paint coating performed in spray cabinets, polymeric spray powder application bymeans of electrostatic spraying and polymerization in the pusher furnace. The main production areas: Spray powder workshop – 55,2 m2; Lacker coating workshop – 145 m2. carry out coating of liquid paints and prime in the spray cabinets, then drying in the drying cells like US-3. Spray powder workshop is equipped with modern outfits (spray cabinet, straight-through convecting furnace) meant for electrostatic powder spraying that ensures an increased anticorrosion protection and a decorative features of coatings. The coating made of the import spray powders of a new generation are highly resistant to atmospheric wear-out, UF-radiation and posses a large number of physical and mechanical properties. |
