 At the mechanical assembly workshop we produce goods for technical and industrial purposes such as automobile and tractor alternators, ignition switches, lock sets, as well as the following spare parts to engines: dampers, heat-exchangers, belt idlers, pulleys, caps and branches, coils with a spiral, arms, etc. The goods produced at themechanical assembly workshop have the Certificates of conformance to the State standard of the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation. In 2006 the qualitymanagement system of mechanical assembly workshop was certified according to the requirements QS series ISO 9001-2001. At the mechanical assembly workshop we organized an easily transformed system equipped with the following outfits: - universal equipment: Winding outfits like CPH – 1,5; Presses with air-powered drive (pressing power up to 300 Н); boring machines; Spray cabinets ОК – 1; Drying cells US-3; Powder coating and polymerization outfits; - special equipment: Testing desks meant for checking the parameters of manufactured goods (alternators, ignition switches, dampers, ventilators, clutches, heat-exchnagers); Alternator assembly conveyer with a built-in thread-screwing pneumatic tools BOSCH. |

 At the non-ferrous casting workshop we carry out smelting of aluminium, zinc and brass alloys. The smelting of aluminium and zinc alloys is performed in holding-meltingfurnaces 0900-0049, the smelting of brass alloys is performed in holding-melting furnaces -0.25. The area output is 65 tons of non-ferrous castings monthly. The non-ferrous casting workshop occupies the area of 803,4 m2 , including the production area of 637, 2 m2, supplementary area of 166,4 m2. |

It is specializing in producing plastic details by means of founding under the pressure of thermoplastics, pressing reactive layers and rubber. It is equipped withthermoplastics, which shot volume amounts to 63-2500 cm2, and pressing outfits which pressing power ranges from 6.3T to 160T.

At the stamping workshop we carry out all types of cold forming: cutting, perforation, cutting ribs, trimming hollow details, bending (simple and multiple complicated),drawing, crimp seal, drawforming, solid cold forming. The production area is equipped with pressing automatic machines and gyratory conrod presses with pressingpower ranging from 6.3T to 400T. With the help of cold stamping we manufacture various details from a sheet-type and volumetric half-finished material in a cold condition. We use the following equipment: gyratory conrod presses, sheet-beading pressing automatic machines produced in Ugoslavia, a sheet-stamping pressing automatic machine PASZ produced in Germany, and special sheet-stamping pressing automatic machines. The welding workshop is equipped with contact welding machines МТ 1818; manual argon-arc welding outfit, arc CO2 welding semi-automatic machines PDG -312. We mastered the technology of argon welding of thin stainless steel sheets 08Х17, 12Х18Н10Т; welding of structural quality steel in CO2 environment using semi-automatic machines, contact welding of structural quality steel. |
