The specialists of the tooling production area at OJSC «Radiovolna» have a 30 years’ experience in designing and manufacturing of tooling for the products of radio-electronic, instrument-making and engineering industry. At tooling workshop we work out and manufacture tooling both for our own purposes and for other customers.

Among our loyal customers there are enterprises incorporated in the Concern «PRAMO» such as: «ELTRA» in Rzhev, «ELTRA-THERMO» in Rzhev, «Lihoslavlsky radiator plant», «Rudensk» in Belarus, which produces lighting equipment for autotractor machinery. We accept orders for designing anr manufacturing of tooling both from large Russian, Belarusian enterprises (for example: «LOMO» in St. Petersburg, «Bresgazoapparat», «Grodno-Azot», «MMZ» in Minsk), and middle and small Russian, Belarusian, Lithuanian companies. We design and manufacture press-forms for direct and sheet-type pressing of reactive layers, cast-farms for casting under pressure of thermoplastics and non-ferrous metals, stamping tooling of various complexity. An open technology functions on the basis of such systems as Unigraphics (the system of automated designing and production) and Pro/Engineer (the system of three-dimensional computer modeling). It includes designing solid models of details and assembly of mechanical units with returning of ÊÄ, elaboration of accessories according to derived models of details with making drawings, generation of processing software for the machines with numerical program control. With the help of the equipment we can manufacture technological tooling of the following dimensions: press-forms and cast-forms – 600õ400õ400, stamps – 900õ400õ300.
