On the 1^st of February 2003 a wire harnesses workshop was opened at “Radiovolna. This workshop was a part of the company SE Bordnetze Polska Sp. Z o.o situated inPoland. At the workshop we manufacture electrical wire harnesses to cars Volkswagen, Audi. 

Wire harnesses workshop is equipped with conveyer lines for multiple working places, individual working places where we produce more than 500 modifications of harnesses for cars Volkswagen Golf A5, A5+ è À6, Transporter T5 and Audi ÒÒ. The output volume of harnesses amounts to about 400 000 pcs. a month. The quality of the manufactured harnesses is checked on electric desks.

There is a procurement area at the wire harnesses workshop. It is equipped with modern automatic outfits – Komax, BT – 188.

The quality management system of electrical wire harnesses is based on the strategy “zero defects” and is oriented towards satisfying customer’s wants by means of the following:

- Direct exchange of information using modern communication technologies;

- Regular personnel training;;

- Correction and warning actions;;

- Regular audits by the Customer.
