Participation in tenders

A commercial offer is to consist of two parts:
1. Technical part:
In the technical part you should give a comprehensive information about the products (services), the quality of the products (compliance with the State Standard, Technical Specification, and other characteristics);
2. Commercial part:
The commercial part should include the information about the price of the tender products and the total cost, payment terms and possible discounts, volumes and dates of deliveries (service performance), delivery terms (service performance terms), transport costs.

ÒWhile making decision the tender commissions pay attention to the following: 1. Price and payment terms (advanced payment, delay of payment); 2. Quality; 3. Technical facilities of the company; 4. The presence of company’s own designers and a research base; 5. Financial condition of the company. The requirements to the commercial offer All the expenses connected with the preparation and submission of the Commercial Offer are to be incurred by the Participant.
